Changes Are Coming to www.joeturnham.com
With new projects to work on and new adventures afoot, I am pleased to announce upcoming changes to my website. Please stay-tuned in the weeks ahead and keep coming back. I am not sure what the future holds, but I know who holds the future. I am excited about the rest of this earthly life and the heavenly eternal home that Christ has prepared for us.
As you surf the site in the coming weeks the biggest change on my website will be the addition of more devotional pages for you to read from our book Leading From Our Knees. The website is now averaging nearly 5,000 unique users per month from over 30 countries and generating over 20,000 page hits. The site currently features twelve of the 366 pages of devotionals and many of you have been coming to the site to read and study these 12 pages. But in the weeks ahead we will be adding dozens more pages for you to study along with indexes, characters and topics for you to reference. Please share the site with your friends!
Since I have formally stepped down from political activity in January my life is being fully devoted to building my professional relationships and promoting companies, products and projects that I feel are important. From helping local communities create jobs through economic development to spearheading business development projects that feature new technologies; life is truly exciting. Recently I have started doing more media surrounding my book and sharing insights into spiritual leadership. I have been blessed to appear on stations from New Smyrna Beach, Florida to Bellingham, Washington to Pittsburgh, PA in the past 30 days. Our world and economy are changing at an alarming rate. Times are tough for many of us and each of us needs to lean on a higher power to glean direction for the future. We also need to reach out and help those around us that need a friend and new networks. I feel God working in our midst in these days. Be willing to take the challenges that confront us and seek new understanding and opportunity from them.
From Tunisia to Egypt to local communities in the United States, people long for freedom, new opportunity and meaning from life.
